Storage requirements for polyurethane elevator handrails with elevator equipment parts
1. The counterweight equipment and components of the elevator should be scattered near the installation site. When stacking, wooden pads should be lined up so that the load is evenly distributed on the floor slabs and beams. Do not cause unsafe factors caused by concentrated stacking on the floor slabs and roof and using the building to withstand overload.
2. For long and thin components or materials: such as door heads, hall door pillars, door frames, door leaves and other various steel parts, it is not allowed to be placed upright to avoid accidents caused by dumping. The horizontal placement method should be adopted, and the pad should be flat and stable to ensure safety and prevent bending and deformation of the material, so as to ensure a good condition.
3. For important equipment, such as measuring instruments, wires, electronic components, and small and easily-dispersed special parts, special wooden boxes should be used to lock and keep them in person, and keep accounts for easy use and verification.
